Sparklers was knocked out at the semi final stage.

Sparklers bounced back  1991 winning the National Championship on the Carenage Basketball Court. Sparklers then went on to win seven consecutive National Championships 1991 – 1996 defeating teams like Labaye Rebels,76ers,Grandanse,Young Generation etc.
